The Harmonia mission is to empower all to tap into their lives Creative Animism, Spirit, Holism, & Ancient Wisdom's
The Harmonia Practice is a method of inner transformation and empowerment. We incorporate a matrix of multi sensory practices for well being into one potent and transformative Mandala practice. We holistically weave together breath work, simple yoga, chakras, archetypes, creative writing, meditation, creative visualization, essential oils, Mandala art making, and witnessing to harmonize ones mind, body, and soul. In our workshops, life coaching, and retreats we incorporate doterra essential oils to maximize ones healing and empowering experience.

I navigate individuals, groups, and communities into the Art of empowerment. Through inner and outer journeys of tapping into ones own Flow. Their own river of creativity, self care, love, and light. I teach and influence people to swim in the ocean of creativity and to thrive in the liminal. Embodying the Art of Life. I have worked with a wide spectrum of populations: From the under served elder communities, to emotionally traumatized children in mental health facilities, to teens in JV, to Artists, to Healers. Lastly, to individuals who want to transform and reach their highest creative potential.
Why me?
I am a life Artist. Since I was a child, Art has saved, transformed, healed my life, my social anxiety disorder, my trauma, and my wounds. Through my own lived experience I developed a potent arts & healing modality to empower people to be free through their own creativity. Through the process of Art (which I call the Harmonia Process) I help people transcend their limiting beliefs and to reach their greatest potential. Together our goal is to create new and positive neural ~ pathways that say yes to the present moment. Art is healing force and Art is everyone's Super Power.
I am award winning Artist and an acclaimed Arts & Healing Practitioner. Transformative Leader, Creative & Intuitive Life Coach. As well as an painter, educator, curator, art advocate, and animal rights advocate, who believes that art can change and heal the world. I have over 16 plus years of art and healing teaching/mentoring with Women and At-Risk populations. I have developed multiple Transformative Art (Arts and Healing) Programs and art exhibitions for At-Risk Teens and Elders.
I am an award-winning professional painter, who has been represented in galleries in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. As well as my work has been in numerous solo and group exhibits and publications. For me my painting are a very visceral, physical, and metaphysical process. My paintings have been called abstract expressionism, with a spiritual twist. They also reflect my holistic worldview and my deep connection with the natural world. For me, art making is a transcendental and spiritual experience. When I paint, I taps into a force greater than myself; a force that creates through me. Each painting is a product of my dance with divinity. Through my process I hope to invoke in herself and the viewer a deeper connection to the world within and around us through reflection and inspiration. Early on I developed a thirst for travel and distant cultures. A key conceptual element of my artistic process is the study and travel to ancient cultures and sacred sites around the world. Some of my travel adventures include Nepal, Peru, Ireland, Bali, Greece, Egypt, and Brazil. I have also lived and taught English in the mountains of South, China, as well as I have studied antiquities, the Art of the Renaissance, and Ceramics in Florence, Italy.
The Harmonia Institute is my Enterprise, that integrates all my various programs and teachings. With my organization, Artemis Sacred Journeys, I leads Women's Empowerment Art, Yoga and Sacred Site Retreats to Greece and Hawaii. I also served as Executive Director and Co-Founder of Art 4 All People, an international Center for arts, healing, and consciousness in Malibu, California. I co-created the new arts and healing practices called YogART and Harmonia. Also, I have published several books on YogArt. I have also developed a Transformative Teacher Training program and a YogArt certification program. With Art 4 All People, I co-curated over 16 Arts and Healing Exhibition. As well as I am the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the non-profit Art is Moving and Art Break Day. With AIM, over the past decade Lisa and her Co-Founder Lauren have facilitated over 58,000 global Art Breaks.
I have also worked as a fine arts consultant at the prestigious Merrill Chase Gallery in Chicago and The Weinstein Gallery in San Francisco. As well as I managed, curated, and was the event planner at The Red Door Gallery & Collective, which was a grassroots art-reach gallery in Oakland, CA.
I have earned my BA in Sculpture and Ceramics and my MFA in Arts and Consciousness from John F. Kennedy University in Berkeley, CA. I earned several academic awards, including Graduate Student of the Year, in 2008, and Alumni of the Year, in 2013. Also, I have featured in several Creative Summits and Arts & Healing Podcast.
Lisa’s Art is Life Mantra: “You Are Art, Everyone is Art, and Everything is Art True Art is when the Artist becomes the Art itself. You are the Creator of your own Creation. Art is Life, Life is Art.”
